Final JA adventure

The day has come and the end to my JA activity has arrived. This past Monday, Erica and I finished our last JA lesson plan. It was very hard, for Erica and me, to say good bye. The students did not know it was going to be our last day attending their classroom. But we both decided to make it a good day and give it all to make this lesson plan the most interesting possible. The activity was taught as usual, giving the lecture first and the activity second. However this time we gave students extra time for questions, thoughts or comments. We first asked them about the activity and we then proceeded to ask them about what they thought about their experience with us. Many of them were very happy, but at the same time sad when we told them that it was going to be our last day there. The teacher offered us the opportunity to go again if we ever wanted to make a presentation or lesson plan activity. I really appreciated the great team our teacher, Erica and I made. It was fun, interesting and challenging. I'm also glad that we managed to end it just before finals because next week is going to be crazy. I remember how at first, at the beginning of the semester, I was somewhat scared to present in front of a classroom. but after this great experience, i feel way more comfortable and ready to teach!! I wish the best of luck to everyone in finals!!
